Webinar Post

I was looking forward to attending a webinar about "Creating a Culture of Responsibility", the issue is really interesting to know about and realising the required techniques is considerably concerning. Unfortunately, the Internet connection was very slow to attend the webinar, I wasn't lucky. Today, I have received few posts about recent webinars, it's my pleasure to share one of them with my dear bloggers.

What does it mean to thrive, flourish, and be happy?

Dr. Sonja Lyubomirsky

Despite pain, difficulties, and life challenges, people seek methods and procedures for a better survival. Actually, happiness should be a social demand and striving to approach it is a natural human behaviour. Happiness leads to a  constructive and productive life as methods applied are very important and relieving.

  1. Thank you Rola for posting this valuable information.

  2. I think it is hard to define happiness or say what it takes to be happy. Happiness is different or different people. Personally, I say happiness resides within us. It is our feeling of satisfaction and contentment. It is our faith in God and His mercy on us and believing that even in the worst situations, it is for our own benefit and things will for sure get better. When we do that, we will never feel depressed or unhappy, we will always be happy.

  3. The webinars are really interesting and what is more interesting is that they e-mail you a summary of the presentations made in the webinars. I have missed two webinars so far, but, not only did I receive a summary of both, but I also received a link to a recording of the second webinar. Here is the link to the webinar titled, "Creating a Culture of Responsibility" I hope you can access it. http://connectpro16008449.adobeconnect.com/p71ufvfgm8c/
N.B. the link will be available only for three more days.
